Virgin Active Italy, a leader in the fitness and wellness industry, is looking for a young and talented individual to join our Financial Planning & Analysis Department as a Junior Financial Controller.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and analyze financial and business data to support decision-making.
* Maintain and update daily business reports and KPI dashboards.
* Act as a financial partner to other departments, providing insights and support.
* Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
* Support ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
* 1 to 2 years of relevant experience (internships included).
* Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business metrics.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact confidently across all levels of the organization.
