Restaurant Operations Manager
Mangia's Resorts is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations at our property in Ragusa. This is a seasonal contract position that offers accommodation and access to ongoing training and professional development courses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily restaurant operations, front and back of house
* Deliver high-quality service and maximize guest satisfaction
* Promote the sale of premium wines and/or cocktails
* Regularly assess product quality
* Organize and supervise staff shifts
Requirements:
* At least three years of proven experience in luxury hotels or similar establishments
* Fluent English proficiency; knowledge of French is considered a plus
* Positive attitude, respectful demeanor, and willingness to share knowledge and skills
* Customer service orientation
