This team is central to delivery of a Generative AI-based service at a high quality bar. The right candidate will possess an understanding of engaging with science and engineering teams to deliver foundational technologies and customer experience at a high quality bar. /p h3A day in the life /h3 pCut through ambiguity, apply mechanisms, deliver requirements and engage deeply with science, engineering, feature, and UX teams to deliver bar raising customer experiences. Ultimately, you own the customer experience, with customer satisfaction as your ultimate success measure. You will engage with science and engineering teams daily, and update senior leadership on progress weekly. This is a high velocity, high ambiguity problem space, scrappiness and ability to drive teams with clarity will allow for success. /p h3About the team /h3 pWe are a functional team of product leaders (with some TPM, data science, and BI support) that spans critical areas of the Alexa product experience. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
