The selected candidate will report to the Director of User Experience – Digital Services and Solutions. The Service Designer will collaborate with global multidisciplinary product teams to develop service offerings within Fresenius's ecosystem. Responsibilities include: Conducting stakeholder discussions to identify innovation opportunities. Gathering requirements during discovery phases. Designing prototypes of improved business processes. Testing innovative solutions. Gaining deep domain knowledge to propose enhanced solutions. This role is based anywhere in Italy, with an Italian contract, 100% remote work, and up to 15% annual travel, including international. Critical duties include: Partnering with stakeholders to define service requirements. Identifying user needs and journey improvements. Leading end-to-end service design projects. Conducting user research and customer journey mapping. Synthesizing data to understand user workflows. Contributing to customer experience goals. Communicating findings and recommendations. Developing service blueprints and visualizations. Measuring service effectiveness via customer satisfaction scores. Mapping processes for improvements. Proposing solutions to design challenges. Serving as a Human-Centered Design ambassador. Mentoring junior designers. Staying updated with UX trends. Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human-centered fields or related experience. Minimum 5 years in Service Design for enterprise solutions. Technical knowledge in development methodologies and project implementation. Understanding of UX processes, tools, and templates.
