Ph3Marketing Product Management Specialist - OFF Road /h3 pThe role of the Off Road Portfolio Product Management Specialist inside FPT organization is to support at 360° the Head of Off Road Portfolio Product Management (PPM), where the main goal of the PPM is to be the ‘Voice of the Customer’ throughout the organization with the objective of optimizing the company’s development capabilities of Powertrain solutions and new businesses. /p h3Key Accountability /h3 ul liWork in coordination with PPM Manager to develop the specific segment market know-how to define product go-to-market strategy /li liContinuously monitor market needs and requirements (e.g. organizing specific customer workshops with OEM and final customers), taking into account future technology / developments, competitor products/services and the changing requirements of regulatory norms /li liDefining product drivers for Powertrain applications on a world-wide basis /li liAnalyzing market trends in your business segment and competitors’ moves in terms of new product launches and technical roadmaps /li liAssess FPT Powertrain product competitiveness and perform gap analysis /li liScout for new market/business/customer opportunities /li liEnsure adequate price positioning through value analysis /li liSupport the preparation of company’s program approvals through competitive assessment analysis /li liCollaborate to produce product roadmaps and target settings for mid-long term development /li liCollaborate to define product communication guidelines and support brand and training activities /li liCollaborating to FPT’s exhibitions preparation and attendance /li liSupporting FPT’s and customers product launches, press-events and communication strategies /li liOrganizing training sessions for FPT’s sales teams customers/dealers /li liSupport the development of marketing and sales tools and the release of commercial documentation /li liSupport Regions for local activities and acquire a world-wide knowledge of Powertrain market /li /ul h3Required Skills Background /h3 ul liMaster degree (Management/Mechanical/Electronic engineering is preferable) /li li4-5 years of working experience, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in similar roles, in automotive/capital goods industry (experience in Powertrain / driveline is preferable) /li liMarket-oriented approach with good problem solving skills /li liAbility to create product marketing plans /li liAbility to think 5 years ahead, but with foot on the ground and with a pragmatic and customer driven approach /li liAbility to explain specifically how changes in competitors, clients, regulations and market segments affect own business /li liAbility to scout new business opportunities that enable business development targets to be achieved/exceeded /li liAnalytical approach and capability to translate market data and deviations into future trends and segmentations /li liAbility to form clear and independent idea of customer needs and requirements through studying data and discussions with customers; ability to know the customer’s business from own perspective /li liAbility to work and to collaborate by objectives in a cross-functional teams, with strong communication attitudes and relationship skills /li liExcellent knowledge of English in speaking and writing /li liMS Office and common ICT tools /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
