You will strongly contribute to the transformation of our in-house content production model by integrating cutting-edge Generative AI, overseeing brand-specific content production, and supporting our Studio network. Your mission is to marry top-tier creative craftsmanship with a "scale-mindset".brKey ResponsibilitiesbrCreative Excellence Brand StewardshipbrulliArt Direction, Photography Visual Identity: Assure the production and technical delivery of all “in house” content assets - from hero films to social snippets - ensuring alignment with the premium visual language of our Brand. /liliCopy Narrative Oversight: Partner with creative teams to ensure copy is not just "translated," but localized and tone-perfect across all markets. /liliBrand Guideline Governance: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper of Brand integrity, ensuring every asset produced adheres strictly to established guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.br/li /ulThe Digital Storefront: Amazon eCommerce InnovationbrulliImprove the "Scroll-Stop": Elevate our presence on Amazon and global e-retailers. You won't just "fill templates", you will treat the Amazon A+ page and Brand Store as a premium cinematic experience. /liliConversion-Led Creativity: Use your expertise in eCommerce content to turn technical specs into lifestyle aspirations, ensuring our digital "shelf" is as prestigious as a flagship boutique. /liliDynamic Optimization: Lead the creation of high-velocity eCommerce assets (static and video) that are engineered to convert, testing and pivoting based on real-time shopper data.br/li /ulStrategic Production GenAI InnovationbrulliAdvance Content Automation: Spearhead the "Self-service" model by deploying Generative AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Eleven Labs, Claude) to create net-new, on-brand content. Develop the prompt engineering playbooks and compliance standards required for commercial uplift. /liliEnd-to-End Ecosystem: Oversee the production lifecycle for the De’Longhi Brand, translating communication architecture into executable, high-value assets.br/li /ulstrongJob Profilebr/strongThe Ideal ProfilebrulliThe Creative Strategist: You have a "design-first" eye. You understand the nuances of Art Direction, Photography, and Copy, and you know how to give feedback that elevates the work. /liliThe eCommerce Visionary: You see Amazon as a massive creative canvas. You know exactly what visual cues and copy hooks make a customer click "Add to Cart." /liliThe Systems Thinker: You excel at leveraging established brand frameworks to deliver compelling and innovative creative solutions.br/li /ulstrongQualificationsbr/strongulli5+ years in Creative Operations, Integrated Production, or Content Strategy. /liliDigital Commerce Native: Proven track record of delivering "best-in-class" eCommerce content and Amazon brand experiences that drive measurable growth. /liliMulti-Disciplinary Background: Familiarity with Art Direction and participating in high-end photography/video shoots. /liliTech Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of Generative AI tools and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. /liliLinguistic Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in Italian or German is highly advantageous.br/li /ulNote: This role is designed for a leader who values the "Craft" of content as much as the "Code" used to scale it.
