Role Responsibilities: Supports the manager in overseeing the following activities: - Negotiation, drafting, and review of a wide range of commercial contracts, providing strategic advice with particular focus on service agreements with clients and suppliers. Key contracts include: goods handling and integrated logistics service agreements, transport and shipping contracts, commercial leases, leasing, maintenance, consultancy agreements, Letters of Intent, Non-Disclosure Agreements, MOUs, etc.; - Legal advice to internal company functions on cross-functional matters; - Management oflitigation and pre-litigation, including coordination of external legal counsel and handling of disputes with clients, suppliers, and third parties in general; - Preparation of periodic reports for the Legal Department of the parent company; - Management ofGDPR compliance and the 231 Organizational Model; - Performing duties in compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08) and with procedures aimed at protecting company assets; - Compliance with SOX regulations across all relevant processes. Skills and Requirements: - Law degree; - Previousexperience of at least 3–5 years in qualified law firms and/or legal departments of multinational companies, not necessarily in the logistics sector; - Excellent command of English; - Excellent knowledge ofExcel and the Microsoft Office suite; - Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, dynamism, attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and team-working skills.
