Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and excellent relationship-building skills across teams in a large organization. The role requires effective communication at various organizational levels and the ability to influence outcomes to benefit the program.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage the product lifecycle from concept to end of life, ensuring delivery of high-quality products to customers.
* Define ATE test plans, coverage, qualification, and manufacturing plans.
* Analyze yield during engineering samples, characterize NPI product performance, and optimize manufacturing yield, including bench correlation.
* Own BOM release and maintenance.
* Manage excursions for suppliers and customers.
* Achieve KPIs related to NPI execution, product cost, quality, and failure analysis cycles.
* Identify and drive production capacity improvements, including test time reduction and alternative sourcing.
* Participate in cross-functional teams to execute plans, maintain schedules, manage risks, and lead problem-solving sessions.
* Communicate critical technical, customer, and business issues to management and drive mitigation efforts.
* Manage program schedules and internal status reporting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in semiconductor or related electrical component development.
* Knowledge of power management topologies and product development, including qualification and production ramp planning.
* Experience with yield analysis and quality management tools.
* Proficiency with BOM tools like Agile and yield management tools such as PDF Exensio and JMP.
* Self-driven, motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of activities.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences.
* Ability to manage supplier excursions and customer escalations effectively.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a dynamic team environment.
* Versatility to work across various design disciplines and business lines.
