Then you are the right person to join us as an EPU Manager in Savigliano. /ppWithin the Production organization, the EPU (Elementary Production Unit) Manager based in Savigliano will be responsible for the following during project execution: /pulliContributing to supply chain setup, quality plan validation, and industrialization activities within the EPU. /liliResponsible for manufacturing preparation, operator training, hiring requests, and hand-over from PME to manufacturing. /liliDeployment of APSYS (Lean Manufacturing) and continuous improvement of SQCD performance. /liliManaging issues, executing product changes, and supporting first train/product manufacturing. /li /ulpThe hierarchical manager of operators in the EPU will be responsible for: /pulliTime management and ensuring compliance with local legislation. /liliOccupational safety, including contractor safety. /liliDevelopment of operators' qualifications and adherence to corporate policies. /li /ulpbCompetencies Skills /b /pulliProfound knowledge of Special Processes. /liliWorking knowledge of industrial management, processes from engineering to delivery, manufacturing technologies, and configuration change management. /liliBasic awareness of automation, site facilities, transfer of technology, ergonomics. /liliProfound knowledge of team management, EHS rules, lean management tools, and Italian language. /liliWorking knowledge of supply chain, quality processes, product knowledge, and social/labor laws. /liliBasic awareness of finance, sourcing, and digital tools for manufacturing management. /li /ulpAlstom values inquisitive and innovative people passionate about reinventing mobility to make it smarter and more sustainable.
