Job Summary
SAP S/4HANA Migration & Support:
* Production (SAP PP): support the creation and migration of production master data, assisting Key Users in testing PP processes (including Production Order management) within the new system.
* Quality (SAP QM): collaborate on mapping data for Inspection Plans and Lot Management, taking an active role in the testing and validation of quality control processes directly in SAP S/4HANA.
* Go-Live Support: provide hands-on, first-level support to Production and Quality users during the cut-over phase and the immediate weeks following the SAP launch.
Industrial process optimization:
* Understand the internal specifications for raw materials, additives, consumables and production, aiming to proactively identify non-conformities and improvement opportunities
* Improve production processes through standardisation of activities, deployment of instructions and procedures and dedicated trainings
* Cultivate and promote safety and continuous improvement culture in the plant
* Actively contribute to Imerys Industrial Improvement program
* Report production KPIs and PIs, identifying the reasons for deviations and low performances
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Engineering (Industrial faculties preferred)
* Good knowledge of IT tools (MS Office and Google Suite )
* Italian as mother tongue and English proficiency
