PThe Operational Resilience Business Continuity Expert will be placed in the new Operational Design Control and Resilience - Business Continuity structure within the Chief Operating Officer department and will have the objective of supporting the team in the preparation and management of business continuity plans. This role offers a practical learning opportunity to understand how the bank prepares for and responds to operational disruptions / crisis situations. The Expert will support the Lead in the analysis, implementation, testing and improving of the Operational Resilience Business Continuity of the bank and the overall compliance with policies and control standards. /ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppThe expert in the Operational Resilience Business Continuity (OpsResBC) is in charge of the following activities : /pulliSupport in organizing activities to regularly maintain and improve the Operational Resilience Business Continuity framework and documents /liliOrganize and drive periodic OpsResBC Risk Assessment identifying potential threats and coordinates the development of recommendations on implementing appropriate strategies to mitigate or minimize the threat of the potential risks /liliOrganize periodic OpsResBC scope update aligned with the requirements coming from the business /liliFacilitate the overall coordination for planning, priority setting, and implementation of business continuity initiatives within the business /liliSupport business teams in conducting periodical business impact analyses to assess and identify potential gaps /liliAssure plans are developed, documented and comply with applicable OpsResBC control standard /liliInitiate scenario updates adapting the OpsResBC to new threats /liliSet up and maintain OpsResBC requirements in the Group tooling /liliSupport in the coordination and facilitation of the Crisis Management organization, including the preparation and execution of Crisis Committee and periodical scenario tests /liliSupport in the coordination of regular tests to evaluate the effectiveness of continuity plans /liliEmbed business requirements in Disaster Recovery strategy - test /liliSupport in the coordination of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery reporting activities, versus local top management and Group reporting /liliDeep dive on processes and procedures on Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery / Crisis Management of third parties and intragroups /liliTrain awareness of internal staff and third parties /liliPrepare reports for management on the status and effectiveness of OpsResBC /li /ulpbMajor characteristics Personal Profile : /b /pulliStrong Business Process Management, Quality and Organizational skills /liliProblem solving ability and objective oriented /liliGood flexibility, integration and facilitation skills /liliReliable, makes things happen empowering teams /liliStrategic view of activities /liliCapacity to discuss and challenges stakeholders /liliAny certification /li /ulpuDuration : /u Permanent /ppbAbout ING /b /ppING offers many opportunities to build a diverse and rewarding career.
