The ideal candidate will have:
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with specific focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Commerce/Retail).
* Microsoft certifications relevant to Dynamics 365 are required.
* Strong experience in elaborating business requirements and managing client communication.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
Nice to Have:
* Previous experience working in multinational or distributed teams.
* Understanding of integration points between Dynamics 365 modules.
