Description and Requirements

This is a position which will be based in Rome.

For our Commercial Sales team in Italy, we are looking for a Client Relationship Manager with a strong focus on Server & Data Center solutions, responsible for driving business growth with Enterprise and Large Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of customers, with a primary focus on Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) offerings. Key responsibilities include:

- Managing and developing long-term relationships with Public Sector, engaging with senior IT and business stakeholders (CIOs, IT Managers, Infrastructure Managers, Procurement)
- Driving consultative sales of Server, Storage, Data Center and infrastructure solutions, tailoring offerings to customer needs
- Identifying, developing and executing new business opportunities in collaboration with internal technical and sales specialists
- Building and maintaining strong cooperation with partners, system integrators and software vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Managing sales pipeline through CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
- Coordinating proposals, pricing and commercial negotiations
- Working closely with internal teams (Sales Specialists, Pre-Sales, Technical Support, Profit Management, Services) to deliver the best value proposition to customers

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT sales, with a strong focus on Server / Data Center / Infrastructure solutions
- Proven experience managing Public Sector, Enterprise or Large Accounts
- Solid understanding of infrastructure architectures, including servers, storage, virtualization and data center solutions
- Strong consultative selling approach and ability to manage complex sales cycles
- Hunter mindset combined with strong account management skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills
- Education & Languages: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field preferred
- Fluent Italian & Fluent English (spoken and written)

PAY TRANSPARENCY

The anticipated initial gross base salary range for this position is €53578–71398 per year. This range applies to the primary job location Italy and is determined using objective, non-discriminatory and gender-neutral criteria, including skills and relevant experience. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.

Individuals may also be eligible for variable compensation (such as premio or commission), depending on the role. The applicable variable pay model, eligibility, and target levels will be discussed during the recruitment process.

In addition to base salary and any applicable variable compensation, Lenovo provides statutory remuneration components required by local law, as well as Lenovo's comprehensive benefits package supporting employee well-being, development, and equal opportunities.

For roles open across multiple countries, local base salary ranges may vary based on market conditions, internal frameworks, and legal requirements. The relevant local range will be transparently communicated during the initial discussions.
