As we continue to grow, we are seeking anHR Specialistto strengthen our Human Resources team and contribute to shaping a forward-thinking, people-first culture.
TheHR Specialistwill contribute to key HR operations across recruitment, compensation, compliance, people development, and international mobility.
A key focus of this role is also to contribute toemployer branding initiatives, helping position the company as a top employer in both the local and global construction markets.
Core HR Activities
Lead and support recruitment campaigns for local and international roles
Manage onboarding and integration programs to ensure a strong employee experience
Ensure compliance with Italian labor law and contribute to HR policy development
Coordinate with international site offices to support workforce planning and mobility
Assist in implementing performance management and training frameworks
Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
Collaborate with the Communications and HR teams to promote our employer brand across multiple channels (LinkedIn, career fairs, universities, job boards)
Support the organization of internal and external events (e.G., open days, talent programs, site visits)
Contribute content for internal newsletters, social media, and recruitment campaigns
Assist in developing partnerships with universities, technical institutes, and industry organizations
Monitor employer reputation and propose initiatives to enhance employee engagement and visibility
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field
2 to 3 years of HR experience, ideally within the construction, engineering, or industrial sectors
Fair knowledge of Italian labor law;
international HR exposure is a plus
Excellent English (mandatory) and Italian skills (mandatory);
other languages are a plus
Proficient in MS Office;
knowledge of HRIS (e.G., Zucchetti, SAP, Workday) is advantageous
Collaborative, proactive, and passionate about people and culture
available to travel 1-2 days per month
