Castelli is seeking a DTC Content Creation Manager to lead the strategic planning, direction, and execution of digital content across our e-commerce and performance marketing channels. This role is responsible for ensuring all visual and written content reflects Castelli's premium brand positioning while driving engagement, conversion, and long-term brand growth.You will own the end-to-end content ecosystem—from hero up-funnel storytelling to down-funnel performance assets—working closely with internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities
Strategically plan and execute photo, video, and written content to support Castelli's e-commerce website and performance marketing initiativesOwn and manage all content across Castelli's website, including video, photography, and copyDevelop creative assets for all performance marketing channels, tailoring content for up-funnel brand building and down-funnel conversionLead digital brand storytelling, including the creation of hero videos for up-funnel awarenessCreate and distribute clear creative briefs for internal and external photographers and videographers, defining scope, creative direction, and visual directionEnsure all digital content aligns with Castelli's premium brand positioning and engages the brand's core customer through a consistent tone of voiceAct as the primary point of contact for the StyleShoots product photography studioCoordinate and deliver enriched PDP content, including product videos, lifestyle imagery, and action shotsProvide content support for product launches, including managing the online content checklist for each launchAnalyze content performance across the website and social platforms, leveraging data and customer journey insights to continuously optimize creative output, PDP engagement, content-driven revenue, CTR, and time on pageOwnership of KPIs such as conversion rate, PDP engagement, content-driven revenue, CTR, time on page, etc.Manage annual content creation budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing and/or content creationStrong understanding of e-commerce, performance marketing, and digital brand buildingData-driven mindset with experience analyzing content performance and customer behaviorProficiency in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro) is a strong plusExperience working with PDPs, PLPs, and site merchandisingExperience with CMS platforms like Shopify is a plusFluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken)
