Overview
As Senior Technical Instructor, you will design Power Management courses and deliver impactful learning experiences to Vertiv’s technical and sales audiences. You will nurture and expand the network of Academy Power Management Local Trainers, ensuring high-quality content and training execution. You’ll align with global and regional teams to define priorities, create learning paths, and support trainer accreditation and hands‑on training activities. This role blends classroom, blended, and remote delivery to enable effective knowledge transfer and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Define training priorities and objectives with Power Management and Service Business Units
* Design course content with the Global Training team and lead content decisions with a technical committee as needed
* Create and update training materials covering the power product portfolio (theory, tests, multimedia, classroom materials, exercises, and notes)
* Develop learning paths tailored to audience type (Sales, Technical Sales, Customer Engineers)
* Create and deliver First Responder Trainings for Customers
* Deliver training sessions in blended formats (remote, classroom, exams, diploma ceremony) and travel to other centres if required
* Lead Train the Trainers sessions and the local Trainer accreditation process
* Maintain and optimise Castelguelfo Training Area and demo units; support local trainers in setup and accreditation
* Engage in unconventional educational activities (outdoor, etc.)
* Support creation of TK0 documentation and related training materials
