Job Title: Customer Engagement Training Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Customer Engagement Training Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating training initiatives and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support MEL operations and serve as a primary point of contact for in-market/cluster or global teams;
* Provide MEL support, including curricula, questionnaires, class, and course setup;
* Generate data reports on course registration and delivery;
* Prepare and process learner packs, including attendance reports, exam reports, and credit learners in MEL;
* Utilize key Pfizer systems and processes (GCMA, DK1, Docusign, MEL, iCOMPLY, Qstream, NeoOptima);
* Assist with translations management and coordination;
* Manage GCMA training materials, including approval and medical reviews;
* Provide logistical support for meetings and training sessions;
* Assist with the admin process for the eLF platform;
* Manage training provider submissions/exams;
* Manage the team intranet (MS-SharePoint);
* Knowledge/content management.
Requirements:
* A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail;
* SuccessFactors LMS and Qstream is a plus;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively;
* Capable in data reporting and analysis;
* Familiarity with translations management and coordination;
* Prior experience in administrative support roles is preferred;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities;
* Skilled in MS-SharePoint and Excel;
* Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
