Your mission

Hey there and welcome to your new Opportunity as a Technical Sales Distribution with us. This is a Part‑time position, 35 hs weekly. Being a Technical Sales Distribution is an exciting task, as you are the superhero our clients need.

Key Responsibilities

- Training to distributors, installers, EPCs monthly on product solution/installation/commissioning/FAQ.
- Escalate sales blocks on product in time to local sales team and EU technical team, and broadcast the solution of sales blocks to customers via training or statements.
- Visit key distributors, installers, EPCs monthly to collect sales blocks on product and new requests for portfolio with the clear to‑purchase volume.
- Study/Report of the local market size change for each portfolio sectors, and local competitor portfolio monthly.
- Study local new grid standard, renewable energy law, white labelling opportunity, and 3rd party EMS or battery compatibility opportunity.
- Check the sales forecast with local sales team monthly, especially whether the portfolio is correct and the forecast on each product is reasonable.

Your profile

- Completed studies in electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering or a similar background.
- A higher education qualification or business‑related studies with technical counterparts.
- Experience in the regenerative energy industry for approximately 2 years.
- Ability to work independently and focus in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Strong communication and commercial skills.
- Passion, desire and motivation to succeed.
- Language requirements: Italian and English at least C1.
- Quick learner with desire to increase knowledge in the clean‑tech industry.
- Attention to details; able to dive into the details and connect them to the big picture of delivering an exceptional and brand‑aligned experience.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of CRM is a plus.
