HSSE Manager – Offshore Oil & Gas Project &## ; Start: Immediate / As per project schedule
⏱ My Client is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to support a major offshore oil & gas project on a long-term project basis.
Based full-time in the Milan headquarters office, you will oversee Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) compliance across the full project lifecycle — from engineering and procurement through offshore construction and commissioning.
Due to project requirements, candidates must have the right to live and work in Italy .
Provide leadership and oversight across all contractor interfaces
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
Integrate HSE requirements into project planning, procurement, and construction
Monitor and track HSSE performance across contractors and project teams
Prepare HSSE reports for the client, PMC leadership, and regulatory authorities
5+ years’ experience in offshore oil & gas HSSE management
~ PMC, EPC, or operator-side project experience preferred
~ Proven track record on complex offshore projects (construction, commissioning, operations)
~ Strong knowledge of offshore assets (platforms, pipelines, FPSOs, etc.)
~ Experience working with international clients, contractors, and regulators
~ Fluent English (essential)
