Job Description
Soilmec SpA for the Cesena office is looking for a BUYER.
Responsibilities
* Support in the management of the procurement process of technical material goods needed for machine building activities, optimizing costs, timing, quality and delivery methods
* Negotiate the cost of goods according to the assigned budget and organizational needs, minimizing expenses and delivery times
* Assist in the process of managing purchase orders based on requests received, in compliance with company guidelines
* Search within the supplier base for the most suitable ones to ensure the best quality/price ratio, while managing relationships with suppliers
* Help draft the Vendor List of suppliers, in collaboration with other functions involved
* Participate in visits to suppliers in Italy and abroad
* Set up and issue orders
* Coordinate deliveries in collaboration with logistics
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or technical degree with at least 3 years of industry experience)
* Good knowledge of technical drawing and manufacturing processes
* Good knowledge of the English language
* Good interpersonal skills
For this position, a gross annual salary ranging from €30,000 to €40,000 is offered, defined according to experience, skills, and the level of responsibility associated with the role, in compliance with the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry.
