Ph3Tenuta Toscana – Retail Sales Associate /h3 pTenuta Toscana, located in the heart of Tuscany, represents one of the most iconic properties in the portfolio, offering a world‑class golf experience in an extraordinary natural and cultural setting. /p pWe are seeking a knowledgeable and hands‑on Retail Sales Associate, whose primary objective is to initiate excellent customer service while participating in daily shop operations including sales, merchandising, receiving and inventory management. This position also serves as a liaison between the Retail Supervisor and daily operations by developing a rapport with customers and monitoring sell through to better understand the retail needs and report feedback regularly. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive sales through building member relationships and maintaining knowledge of brands in the store and current fashion trends in the region. /li liAssist and service members and their guests with all retail purchases, returns and special orders. /li liWork directly with Retail Supervisor on guidance for merchandising and rotating displays on a regular basis. /li liAssist Retail Supervisor in managing receipt flow process of merchandise purchases through POS and On‑Order maintenance and floor rotation policies. /li liEnsure company packaging standards are upheld and implement special touches like gift‑wrap, thank‑you notes, etc. /li liEnsure proper procedures are followed for all POS transactions including markdowns and employee discounts. /li liMonitor and drive sales to meet monthly revenue budgets through promotion and customer service, receipt flow management, floor rotations, retail events, etc. /li liFollow monthly physical inventory procedures under the supervision of the Retail Supervisor. /li liMonitor best sellers and core stock items regularly and communicate immediate inventory needs to Retail Supervisor. /li liFollow company standards and procedures regarding discounts and employee purchases. /li liAssist Retail Supervisor as requested with any special requests relating to retail. /li liMonitor levels of all retail supplies: packaging, tagging supplies, etc. and communicate to Retail Supervisor when running low on supplies. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul li1–3 years of retail operations and customer service experience. /li liBasic knowledge of the boutique/specialty retail industry as it relates to hospitality and private club environments. /li liExcellent communication skills and ability to sell and create rapport with customers. /li liKnowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. /li liBasic understanding of retail math and financials. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liFull‑time contract in accordance with the Italian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). /li liMeals provided both during working hours and on days off. /li liUniforms and laundry service provided. /li liOngoing training to enhance personal and professional development. /li liDiscounts on dining, wellness, and sports activities available at the resort and estate. /li liAccommodation with free Wi‑Fi can be arranged upon request for those coming from outside the area. /li /ul pThis research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91. /p pLocation: This position is based in Tuscany.
