Job Opportunity: Customer Service Assistant in Rome
Adecco Explora is seeking a candidate for an important company in Rome to join the Customer Service area.
After initial training, the selected candidate will work alongside the Operations Coordinator and will be the reference point for customer assistance activities, data verification on the management platform, and general secretarial tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming requests via email and phone calls to the switchboard
2. Verify and update data on the management platform
3. Perform general secretarial activities and operational support
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administrative activities and customer assistance
* Ability to work independently, precise, and flexible
* Good command of digital tools
* Bachelor's degree (preferred)
* Knowledge of related fields (health funds, bilateral entities, business services) is a plus

Position is directly offered by the company. Location: Rome city center. Work hours: full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible within 8:30-18:30 with lunch break. Expected start date: 28/07/2025.
