About the Opportunity
I am currently seeking professional Personal Shopper to join the team at Serravalle Designer Outlet.
This role is designed for individuals with a background in luxury client relations to deliver excellence within Europe’s leading designer outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Personal Shopper, you will create tailored, luxury experiences and act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests. Your key responsibilities include:
• Bespoke Styling: Creating tailored, luxury shopping experiences by offering expert style advice and personalised recommendations.
• VIP Relations: Acting as a dedicated point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring seamless, high-touch service at every stage of their visit.
• Brand & Team Synergy: Building strong relationships with brands and in-centre teams to stay ahead of collections, exclusives, promotions, and events.
• Guest Loyalty & Insights: Strengthening guest loyalty through ongoing communication and enriching guest profiles with preferences to refine future experiences.
• Service Promotion: Promoting McArthurGlen services such as Personal Shopping, Guest Lounge, Concierge, and Premium Parking.
• Operational Excellence: Supporting tax-free shopping and handling feedback or complaints with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
• Strategic Collaboration: Collaborating across Guest Experience, Retail, and Tourism teams, while sharing insights and trends with the Clienteling Manager to evolve the service offering.
Requirements
• Experience: Previous experience as a Personal Shopper or within luxury retail (an existing client base is a plus).
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of fashion, luxury brands, and premium products.
• Communication: Excellent English and Italian language skills—written and spoken (additional languages are welcomed).
• Interpersonal Skills: A professional appearance with a warm, polished approach and high emotional intelligence.
• Organization: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
