We are plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a truly dynamic and easy-going environment.Purpose of this jobPurpose of this job is to transform existing or establish new, processes and systems which will improve efficiency, reduce costs or enhance productivity for all business functions of TWS mainly. Also support the Business Transformation team in ATG to extend the success stories in TWS and vice-versa.Principal AccountabilitiesDrive processes and systems improvement by working with the enterprise Operations team, Business Team, Manufacturing Team, Quality /Technology.Play the role of a collaborator, integrator and influencer and a voice of reason. Collaborate strongly within and across the verticals.Working on external factors affecting the businesses (Like Regulations) and adapting the business for compliance by establishing systems and processes of governance and tracking.Lead Change Management for processes, tools implementation using a PMO approach and help and enable the Organization to embrace aligned technology, systems in the different areas.Work as a bridge between the business functions and the IT team to utilize technology and platforms in driving the purpose of this role.Lead the journey of Functional transformation leveraging best in class processes & Digital /analytical tools to deliver enterprise and functional value with the intent of planning and delivering the right tires.Lead the development of a Functional excellence road map from stage 1 ( Standard Processes, Policies, Master Data maturity ) to Stage 3 ( Innovation incubation, digital transformation ,automation ) after carefully assessing the AS-IS and articulating What good looks like, consistent with the Business and Functional strategy.Responsible to build functional capability building - functional competency mapping, evaluation of organization’s team capability across geographies and recommend Individual development plan / Performance development plan to Department Head with the aim to build functional bench strength and develop a high performance Organization.Key Result AreasCreating a Hopper of initiatives and a clear road map of its execution by right prioritization.Support the relevant teams in various analytics (data driven decision making).Develop relevant benchmarks for systems and processes which will establish the context of transformation and help in target setting.Align with the company leadership, steering committee and the key stakeholders on the governance model, ways of working and exhibit the behaviors through business case development and program excellence.Ensuring that the change is systemic, sustained and quantified for success as agreed for each programQualifications/SkillsMaster Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, MFG; Business, Finance, IT15 years of experiencePreferredLean Six Sigma, or DMAIC backgroundEarlier experience in process improvement is desirableSkills & KnowledgeStructured communicatorAbility to define, manage and deliver projectsAbility to collaborate, influence and work as a Team in a matrix organizationEntrepreneurial approach with focus on continuous improvementTake ownership of the project till the end results are deliveredBehavioralStrong communication, relationship skills, collaborative & leadership skills.Strong Project Management skills and Change Management expertise.Transformational thinkerChallenges the status-quo and brings in innovation solutions to address business and customer needs.FunctionalStrong analytical capability, IT applications and understanding the impact on overarching business results and customer service.Financial budget planning, analysis, capital planning and reporting skillsAbility to write business reports and undertake presentationsGood understanding of manufacturing operations, network planning. Insights and understanding on Digital and Big data will be a distinct advantage.
