A well-established company specializing in Software Development with offices in Nicosia is partnering with GRS Recruitment to hire a Software Support Consultant. The successful candidate will provide technical support to local and international clients. GRS Recruitment invites you to submit your CV for this Nicosia-based role.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle support requests via telephone or email.
* Perform first-level troubleshooting for common issues.
* Redirect complex issues to appropriate internal or external resources.
* Identify and escalate urgent situations.
* Follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved.
* Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
* Provide user training.
* Maintain helpdesk and documentation.
Candidate Profile:
* University degree in a related subject.
* Experience in software consulting or development is an advantage.
* Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
* High computer literacy.
* Excellent analytical skills.
* Strong communication skills.
* Customer-centered approach to support.
* Basic understanding of enterprise business processes.
* Previous experience in software technical support is an advantage.
