This position is for a seasoned professional in New Equipment Modernization. This role understands and communicates job schedules and all on-site construction activities to all project team members and is responsible for the coordination of project activities. It resolves complex customer issues for key customers and escalates the most complex issues to management. Key Responsibilities : Reviews and approves all expenditures for small to complex projects on a monthly basis, ensuring the accuracy of all invoices/applications for payment in accordance with purchase order and subcontract terms and conditions. Ensures timely processing (approval/authorization). Updates project schedules independently and prepares project management correspondence and documents, including customer meeting minutes, team assignments/action item tracking, letters, memorandums, transmittals, and RFIs. Acts as the primary contact with complex customers, develops professional relationships, and understands customer needs to meet those within the contracted scope. Assists managers in managing the ordering of materials and logistics according to the project plan to ensure timely billing of delivered materials. Minimum qualifications include: Advanced knowledge obtained through a university degree, combined with relevant experience. Practical to substantial knowledge of Carrier organization, programs, or systems, with the ability to make enhancements and leverage in daily work. University Degree or equivalent. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. An advanced degree in a related field and at least 3 years of experience.
