Ph3Job Summary /h3 pWe are looking for experienced demand/supply planners combining strong operational execution skills with strategic vision for our Supply Chain spare parts activity. In addition to planning specific product lines, you will lead transverse processes and challenge them to introduce breakthroughs in our operations. You possess a keen ability to analyse customer demand to develop and fine‑tune forecasts. The Demand Planner’s responsibilities include reviewing purchase history, sales history, marketing promotion products and stimulating growth or pick and, ultimately, evaluating their effectiveness and challenging data and processes. /p pYou will contribute to establishing a demand‑driven collaborative planning with our customers, exploiting our Distributors' sell‑out data. Highly analytical, you demonstrate deep knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies, as well as a good end‑to‑end knowledge of the Supply Chain activities. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement are critical, including the ability to effectively partner with those leading and working on the commercial side of the business (sales, marketing and related). /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyse and question the results of forecast calculated by the statistical model and implement solutions to improve demand forecasting accuracy. /li liMeet with functional area managers (Sales, Marketing, Customers, Finance, Supply Chain operations) to review strategies for short‑ and long‑term planning. /li liPropose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy. /li liSuccessfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to involved stakeholders (warehouse, transportation, supply planning, supplier relationship management, etc.). /li liMonitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies, comparing statistical forecast with real demand summed with commercial campaigns. /li liSupport management with risk assessments and mitigation activities. /li liAddress demand‑related issues in a timely and effective manner. /li liAssist in developing annual budgets. /li liSchedule regular demand review meetings with management and stakeholders. /li liWork with team members to plan, coordinate and execute demand planning activities. /li liCoordinate with inventory management team to monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels. /li liMaintain training materials and organize trainings for team members. /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liStrong commercial and financial awareness, understanding the impact of failures on costs (e.g., excess stock, warehouse space) and customer order fulfillment. /li liDeep knowledge of supply chain processes at regional and global levels, including purchasing, logistics, demand planning, statistical forecasting, and inventory management. /li liProficiency in ERP systems, data analysis, report development, and Microsoft Office tools. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage teams and maintain strong business relationships. /li liAnalytical mindset with expertise in forecasting and problem‑solving, ensuring a structured yet agile approach. /li liResilient and results‑driven, capable of managing conflicts and working effectively under pressure. /li liFluent in English, with the ability to independently manage meetings and reports; knowledge of an additional European language (ideally Italian or French) is a plus. /li liMaster’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. /li li3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning management within manufacturing or retail industries (e.g., FMCG, industrial products, automotive). /li /ul pAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit and business needs.
