With growth expected to continue for the next 5-10 years, we’re now looking for a diligent and tireless Project Manager to help manage our global portfolio of projects in Italy. /p h3About The Role /h3 pAs a Project Manager, you’ll be managing a variety of large multimillion dollar capital projects across in Italy. You’ll do this by collaborating regularly with our internal support functions such as engineering and other key business stakeholders and clients across the world. Project Management experience in the food and beverage industry is strongly desired for this role. /p pYou will be based in our Milan office (Peschiera) with possibility to work partially from home during the week. /p pAs our EMEA engineering is not only Evreux (France) but also in Denmark / Poland Czech Republic you should be ready to travel to these locations in function of the project needs. /p pA regular customer visit is required (minimum once every 2 weeks) to manage your customers. /p pOn a day-to-day basis your main responsibilities include but are not limited to: /p ul liEnsuring all phases of the project are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner /li liEnsuring the project is delivered to SPX FLOW and customer quality standards /li liConstruct well-structured project programs to facilitate the execution of the project and communicate these accurately both with internal resource leaders and the client, to ensure the project is accurately tracked and updated. /li liSupport the SPX FLOW BPO (bid process owner) at sales stage with planning, risk management project execution strategy /li liCarry out the necessary weekly / monthly project review meetings with the client and internal team members generate required reports /li liCustomer satisfaction /li liTravel will be required through Europe and to support allocated projects as written above. /li /ul pYou’ll be given plenty of responsibility leading your allocated projects, and you’ll be empowered to succeed as we’ll give you all the resources you need to be a success. /p pThis is a role with huge potential for you to make your mark during this exciting time of growth and expansion. What’s more, due to the international nature of the roles, you could find yourself working in locations in Europe, Dubai or even China. /p h3Requirements /h3 pWe’re looking for people who are hardworking and have that drive and enjoys delivering large complex projects (up to 20 million euro and more) successfully.
