This Role In Summary We're looking for a motivated intern to join our Customer Service team at our HQ in Zanè (VI). You'll be part of a fast-moving environment where operations, people, and technology connect every day. In this role, you'll support daily CS activities while working cross-functionally with Retail Operations, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Logistics. You'll help us deliver a smooth experience to our B2B customers (multi-brand partners and retail stores) across multiple touchpoints. xpavfwm What You'll Do Support day-to-day Customer Service operations (wholesale communication, order management, delivery follow-up) Help track performance through reporting and KPI monitoring Contribute to the rollout of new digital tools with communication and data analysis support Collaborate with different teams to improve processes and customer experience Who You Are A Master's degree student in Languages, Communication, Economics, or a related field Fluent in English; other languages are considered an asset A team player who thrives in collaborative, fast-paced environments Curious, hands-on, and eager to learn by doing Comfortable with change and excited about innovation Sounds interesting?
