Summary :
As a Service Project Management and Sales Support, you will be responsible for the overall coordination and execution of on-site service activities, including retrofits, warranty repairs, and service level agreements. You will serve as the key point of contact for Cavotec Sales teams and customers, providing after-sales support and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating, and directing the completion of service level agreements, on-site repairs, and remanufacturing activities, ensuring that all service projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed scope and quality standards.
Additionally, you will support the Service Center Manager in the preparation of tender documentation and related content, contributing to the effective presentation of Cavotec’s service offering.
Responsibilities :
* Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements, within the region.
* Manage the on-site contractual activities of the project own and subcontracted resources.
* Support the service center manager for any repairs and remanufacturing activities – resources and tooling, ensure the proper logistic and specialized equipment is available when needed.
* Liaise with key internal stakeholders and Centers of Excellences in all requirements related to in-house repairs, remanufacturing, and refurbishment.
* Regularly define and update the on-site work schedule and budget.
* Communicate and coordinate regularly with the customer on progress.
* Collect, resolve, and close with the customer all punch list items and warranty claims.
* Communicate to personnel about on-site environmental constraints and safety measures.
* Understand and leverage the contract between our customer and Cavotec and apply professional principles of management.
* Report on project main KPIs: quality, on-time delivery, cost, safety.
* Use the return on experience from executed projects in the region, support the Service center manager for the preparation of the costing and tendering documentation.
* Collaborate with local Sales to ensure a successful customer experience and proper delivery of the service agreement.
* Support the Service center manager by ensuring the dispatching and site access of field service engineers and technicians and schedule activities.
* Support the Field services technicians and Service center manager to identify new sales opportunities with existing customers.
* Develop fair, transparent, and result-driven relationships with customers to facilitate business delivery.
Requirements :
* Engineering degree or equivalent background required.
* Project Management experience of 2-3 years minimum.
* Previous experience in services environment.
* Operational planning.
* Budgeting and cost management.
* Subcontracting.
* Contract negotiations.
* Proficient in CRM (preferably SalesForce) and ERP environments.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Fluency in English and Italian is required for success in the role.
