About the RoleWe are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented CRM Specialist to join our Digital Team. This role will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimizing our Hub Spot CRM ecosystem, ensuring that marketing, sales, and customer operations work seamlessly together.The ideal candidate combines technical skills with marketing sensitivity, and enjoys translating data into actionable insights that improve customer engagement and business results.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain Hub Spot properties, lists, workflows, and teams.Build and automate email and nurturing campaigns aligned with global marketing initiatives.Support the rollout of the Sales CRM and ensure alignment with marketing automation processes.Track and report on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion performance through dashboards and analytics.Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT to improve the integration of Hub Spot with other platforms (Odoo, GA4, Meta, etc.).Requirements3–5 years of experience in CRM or Marketing Automation, ideally in B2 B or industrial environments.Strong command of Hub Spot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Reporting).Hub Spot certifications are a strong plus.Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.Good communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.Fluent in English (written and spoken).What We OfferA key role in a growing Digital Team with international scope.Opportunity to work on global lead-generation and automation projects.A supportive environment where your ideas directly impact business performance.
