The Role
We are looking for a proactive, versatile, and hands‑on Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist to support our growth and strengthen our market presence. This role requires someone who can work across a broad range of marketing and communication activities, with a strong focus on lead generation, website performance, and content development.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in an international, service-driven environment. They will also be expected to liaise effectively with external stakeholders, including web developers and other external partners, to ensure marketing initiatives are delivered smoothly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing activities aimed at increasing website traffic and lead generation
- Improve website performance across SEO, content, and user experience
- Coordinate with external stakeholders, including web developers and other suppliers, to support website updates and digital projects
- Manage and support online campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and email marketing
- Create, review, and update content in English for digital and communication purposes
- Support communication and engagement with international clients and audiences
- Monitor campaign and website performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for continuous optimization
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing and communication
- Proven experience in lead generation and website optimization
- Previous experience in service-oriented businesses
- Exposure to or experience working with international markets
- Excellent English, both written and spoken
- Strong hands‑on attitude, flexibility, and collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple activities and coordinate effectively with external partners
Preferred Background
- Profiles coming from marketing agencies will be preferred
- Experience in B2B marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with analytics and performance monitoring tools is a plus
