 
        
        Within the Group Organization and Workforce Planning we are looking for a talented Group CSRD Compliance & Reporting Specialist. 
Responsibilities 
Supporting in monitoring and analyzing the regulatory landscape evolution related to HR data reporting in Sustainability Statement, and consequently define or update the methodological guidelines, instructions and materials related to the preparation of HR data disclosure in Sustainability Statement within the Annual Integrated Report and Consolidated Financial Statement, in compliance with European Union (EU) Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and related European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) 
Defining business and functional requirements for HR data model evolutions and/ or new reports implementations, when necessary, in view of the yearly reporting cycle, and liaise with Group IT teams and solution providers during the implementation and testing phase 
Managing interactions and ensure alignment both with Group (e.g.: Group Finance, Group Sustainability, Group People & Organization Centers of Expertise) and BU Functions involved in the activities related to Sustainability Statement reporting 
Providing guidance, coordination and support to Business Units in case of methodological clarifications, support requests, as well as during year-end preparatory activities 
Supporting in overseeing and managing the processes in charge to Group Organization & Workforce Planning department related to the HR matters disclosure in Sustainability Statement, in line with Group Native Data Quality programs, framework and guidelines 
Supporting in coordinating the Group and Business Units preparatory activities for the yearly disclosure in Sustainability Statement, both on quantitative and qualitative HR data, effectively managing communication activities and reporting timeline, in close collaboration with the Group Functions involved in the year-end reporting cycle 
Overseeing the review of HR Data provided by Group countries for the Sustainability statement engaging with Group People & Organization Centers of Expertise, Business Units local referents and Group Finance to verify consistency, completeness, and accuracy 
Preparing tailored outputs to support Senior Leadership discussions and ad-hoc forums (e.g. EWC meetings, HR Council, etc.) 
Requirements 
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or related field 
2-4 years of working experience in HR organization and transformation projects, preferably in a multinational or complex matrix organizations; working experience within business consulting companies would be a plus 
Project management skills, with exposure to cross-functional environments, guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery, and familiarity with change management initiatives 
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
English and Italian full proficiency; additional languages (French, German or Spanish) would be a plus

Structured, proactive and solution-oriented attitude with strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
