About the Role
We are looking for an Applications & Data Lead to join our innovative team at H-Farm School, part of the Nord Anglia Education European Region.
In this pivotal role, you’ll act as the school’s MIS Lead, owning and optimising the iSAMS Management Information System and overseeing a wide range of educational applications—from Virtual Learning Environments to Library Management Systems and classroom technologies.
You will also serve as the local IT Business Partner for core business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and SuccessFactors, ensuring these platforms are integrated and aligned with the school’s academic and operational needs.
Your leadership in data quality, governance, and reporting will empower our teams to make data-driven decisions that support learning, wellbeing, and school operations.
Key Responsibilities
School MIS & Educational Applications
+ Manage and optimise the iSAMS system to support academic, pastoral, and administrative functions.
+ Lead the delivery of upgrades, new features, and integrations across educational applications.
+ Support and train staff in the effective use of digital tools for teaching and learning.
Business Applications & IT Partnership
+ Act as the local IT Business Partner for business-critical platforms such as Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and SuccessFactors.
+ Collaborate with central IT teams and vendors to implement and improve systems.
+ Support process automation and the integration of business and educational platforms.
Data & Reporting
+ Lead on data governance and GDPR compliance, ensuring accuracy and security.
+ Design and deliver dashboards and analytics for academic and operational insights.
+ Partner with senior leaders to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
+ Build strong relationships with school staff and IT partners.
+ Act as a bridge between end-users, support teams, and application vendors.
+ Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in data and system use.
About You
You are an analytical and proactive professional with a passion for data and technology in education.
You combine technical expertise with strong communication skills and thrive on collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
+ Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
+ Proven experience with iSAMS or similar school MIS.
+ Knowledge of educational technologies (VLEs, library systems, classroom tech).
+ Experience with Business Central, Salesforce CRM, and SuccessFactors (or similar).
+ Strong understanding of GDPR and data governance.
+ Experience with dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI desirable).
+ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
