We are looking for a talented and committed Fresh Graduate Engineer to play a Maintenance Supervisor role in one of our plants located in Turin - Mirafiori.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the maintenance team, ensuring production continuity with the highest level of Safety, Quality, Costs and Environment.
Drive continuous improvement activities and ensure the highest skills develop.
Plan preventive and scheduled maintenance.
Manage complex faults and analyse root causes.
Monitor maintenance KPIs (faults, MTBF, costs).
Report to the Area Manager of the Production Unit; responsible for managing a maintenance team.
Work shifts: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, or 10:00 pm to 6:00 am on alternate weeks, in accordance with the assigned production shift.
Be willing to work 15, 18, or 20 shifts per week, totaling 40 hours per week, with days off on a rotation basis.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Master degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics Engineering, Automotive Engineering or Management Engineering).
1/2 years of experience in the specific or similar roles in a manufacturing plant is a plus.
Fluent in English (minimum B2 level).
