We are looking for a talented Treasury Manager to join the Finance Administration team, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer and leading a small team. /p pbLocation: /b Zola Predosa (Bologna), Italy /p pbDepartment: /b Finance and Administration /p pbReporting into: /b Chief Financial Officer, YOOX /p pbDirect reports: /b 2 /p pbWorking Model: /b Hybrid /p pbContract Type: /b Permanent /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the Treasury function, supervising a team of two direct reports. /li liDevelop and execute medium‑to‑long‑term financial and treasury strategy in collaboration with the CFO. /li liDefine and implement financial risk‑management policies (interest rate, FX, liquidity) and advanced hedging strategies. /li liParticipate in capital allocation and funding decisions, optimizing the mix of internal and external finance sources. /li liPrepare and present strategic analyses, long‑term cash forecasts, and risk reports directly to the CFO and senior management. /li liManage executive banking relationships, negotiate credit lines, fees, and secure advanced financial instruments. /li liOversee the international treasury structure (cash pooling, netting, payment centralization) to minimize cost of capital. /li liLead treasury digital‑transformation projects (TMS selection, process automation) with focus on compliance. /li liMentor and develop the technical and managerial skills of the team. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
