Role Lean Lead Department Production Reports to
Plant Manager Main responsibilities (but not limited to)
? Oversee the daily operations of manufacturing departments. Coordinate and plan the activities employing Lean methodologies and tool in order to accomplish business objectives. Supervise quality control programs to make sure the finished product meets a specific level of quality; guarantee the respect of safety procedures Specific Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Manage production departments staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs and monitor that safety requirements are respected
?
Have a deep knowledge of production departments process and create ways to make the production process more efficient
?
Ensure that production stays on schedule and within budget
?
Analyze production data and write production reports
?
Undertake business process analysis, statistical analysis for improvement projects and to support wider change
?
Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems, conduct risk assessments of processes and tasks in the departments
?
Conducting manufacturing process capability studies
?
Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation
?
Establish and maintain key departmental goals and objectives
?
Undertake continuous training and development on shift leaders and workers Requirements
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office
? Knowledge of SAP is a plus
? At least 5 years of experience in the same role
? Fluent in English Training
?
Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering or equivalent experience Other Skills

? Working knowledge of continuous improvement tools and initiatives
? Able to follow established processes and create new process
? Team player with strong interpersonal skills
? Proven ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks / projects
