~ We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join Nidec Drives as a Brand Labelling / Strategic Alliance Manager

As the Brand Labelling Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic alliances and brand labelling initiatives across internal Nidec companies, adjacent market companies, and target segment OEMs.

The responsibilities of the Brand Labelling Manager consist of but are not limited to:

To lead the identification, development, and execution of brand labelling strategies and strategic alliances.
Collaborate closely with internal Nidec business units to identify opportunities and manage partnerships effectively.
Ensure partnership with segment leaders to engage target segment OEMs, understanding their unique drive solution needs and aligning brand labelling strategies accordingly.
Manage end-to-end lifecycle of strategic alliances and brand-labelled products, including negotiation, contractual agreements, market launch, and ongoing relationship management.
To ensure that all brand-labelled solutions align with Nidec Drives' brand integrity, compliance, and quality standards.
Assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and segment insights to inform and refine brand labelling strategies.
Facilitate regular communication with key stakeholders, providing clear visibility into partnership progress, risks, and opportunities.
Take on the position as the primary point of contact internally and externally for all matters related to brand labelling and strategic alliances.


Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field

(Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles within an industrial automation or related industry.
Knowledge & awareness of the industrial drives market and OEM landscapes.
Strong market and competitive analysis skills
Business Acumen and Strategic Planning experience

Communicate effectively in specific situations (e.g. fire evacuation)
