Employer Branding & Site Development Specialist
The Employer Branding & Site Development Specialist executes and monitors defined work packages within broader initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and corporate strategy. Responsibilities include the development of materials, management of digital campaigns, and support for social media activities. The job involves conducting competitor analyses and industry benchmarking, as well as monitoring campaign performance and proposing optimization measures. Additionally, the position supports the organization of industry events, trade shows, and sponsorships while ensuring consistent brand representation. The job also contributes to the enhancement of CRM and automation processes to improve operational efficiency. Cross‑functional collaboration with internal stakeholders ensures cohesive and effective execution across multiple platforms and audience segments.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct deep‑diving research into competitive insights/analysis and industry benchmarks, translating findings into actionable recommendations for strategy adjustments
- Analyze local labor market trends and talent dynamics to support the positioning of the new site
- Execute and monitor assigned work packages from initiatives and/or campaigns, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, optimizing engagement, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Improve CRM, analytics, and automation processes, identifying efficiencies and recommending enhancements to support operations.
- Identify gaps in workflows and processes, suggest improvements, and support the development of optimized procedures.
- Track and analyze campaign and channel performance, presenting data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with Global Team and experts to drive brand awareness and ensure alignment with corporate initiatives.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed education with a focus on a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Understanding of key approaches including traditional and digital channels.
- Demonstrable experience in data analytics and tools.
- Exceptional analytical, writing and presentation skills.
Salary
€30,000 – €38,000 gross annual compensation (RAL).
