About the role:
To reinforce our growing FP&A team we are looking for a FP&A Analyst who will be actively involved in shaping the direction of Finance at Moneyfarm. You will be part of the Finance team and support the Head of FP&A but also liaise with several departments outside the domain of Finance. You will maintain FP&A Reporting, support the forecast process and provide the Commercial and Marketing team with financial insights.
Main responsibilities:
4. Assist in the preparation of the financial plan (Budget and Long-term plan) and maintain the existing FP&A models
5. Improve forecasting process and support the implementation of a new tool
6. Monitor business performance, track variances and analyse the main drivers
7. Support monthly closing activities and prepare the monthly reporting package
8. Drive process improvements with impact on the business. Proactively propose processes or system automation improvements
9. Work closely with marketing and commercial management to deliver financial insight
Requirements
10. 1-2 years of experience in Financial Planning & analysis. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics related field
11. Excellent financial and analytical modelling skills
12. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and ability to manage and manipulate large volumes of data
13. Working Knowledge of SQL
14. Excellent communication skills
15. Fluency in English speaking and writing
16. Prior experience with planning tools is a plus
