Electrical Engineer – A2A Location: Corteolona e Genzone (PV), Lombardy, Italy
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer for the maintenance team at our Corteolona and Genzone plant. The position is permanent and focuses on ensuring the operation, maintenance, and support of industrial electrical installations.
Responsibilities
Analyze the operation of existing facilities, especially electrical systems and monitoring.
Market analysis and selection of solutions for new projects and modifications.
Functional and specialized design of complex industrial systems, including coordination with external design studies.
Validate third‑party engineering plans.
Study and implement replacement of electrical components and monitoring.
Provide advanced support for predictive maintenance tools and digital plant modelling.
Participate in commissioning activities with vendors.
Prepare technical specifications for common contracts across multiple plants.
Write specifications and support procurement in tender processes.
Manage routine and extraordinary maintenance of industrial electrical systems and automation.
Analyze failures and propose corrective/preventive solutions to ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with the engineering team on electrical design of new plants.
Participate in installation, commissioning and commissioning phases of new plants.
Qualifications
Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Excellent command of office software and AutoCAD.
Good command of English.
Ability to read functional electrical schematics and descriptions of operating logic.
Basic theoretical knowledge of tests and trials performed on electrical equipment.
Willingness to travel nationally to managed plants for short stays.
Problem‑solving skills and teamwork, dynamism, reliability.
