Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in a critical role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and assistance to customers.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide Advanced Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or remote sessions, resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
2. Prioritize and Plan Interventions: Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and plan external assistance interventions, including commissioning and extraordinary maintenance.
3. Develop Knowledge Base: Identify knowledge gaps and coordinate training with relevant teams to ensure staff has the necessary level of knowledge on products, applications, and intervention methods.
4. Analyze Data: Utilize after-sales process-monitoring tools to analyze data and provide valuable insights to improve product behavior during commissioning or after sales.
5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Service Manager, Field Operations Manager, and HR to develop performance metrics, evaluate team performance, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Advanced Technical Expertise: Extensive knowledge of complex technical systems, thermodynamic principles, and HVAC units.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and issue resolution.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
