Scope of this role We are seeking a dynamic HR Operations Specialist to manage the entire employee lifecycle, from Hire to Retire, and support our upcoming transition to a standalone organization. The role includes managing the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy, and providing administrative support across TAPI Italy sites. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of HR workflows, experience in manufacturing environments, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. How You’ll Spend Your Day Support HR transactions, benefits administration, compliance, mobility, onboarding, and offboarding activities. Maintain HRIS data accuracy, including personal data, contract terms, and benefits. Track and report job openings and employee data in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Management. Develop and implement policies for the HRIS system. Provide technical support for HRIS users and coordinate system updates. Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in employee records, adhering to GDPR. Manage employee inquiries related to payroll, tax, and onboarding/offboarding procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR practices. Address workforce issues to promote positive employee relations. Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including educational sessions and exit interviews. Notify stakeholders of organizational changes and employee status updates. Support requests from governmental bodies and assist during audits. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in HR or equivalent. Preferred certification in labor laws. Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or similar HR systems. Language Good knowledge of English preferred. Experience and Soft Skills 2-4 years in HR Operations, with manufacturing experience preferred. Knowledge of statutory and labor laws. Analytical and proactive mindset. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High integrity and confidentiality.
