PpTGR Haas F1 Team competes in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with Grand Prix race winner Esteban Ocon and British rising star Ollie Bearman, led by Team Principal Ayao Komatsu. The 2025 season saw the team’s second highest points total in its 10-season history, achieving a combined total of 20 top 10 finishes. We don’t follow the status quo, we’re here to challenge the competition, and we want you to join us. /p pThe first American Formula 1 team to compete in the sport since 1986, TGR Haas F1 Team made an immediate impression with a memorable points‑scoring debut at the 2016 Australian Grand Prix. Nine years later, and the team continues to demonstrate growth and a clear direction with its future objectives – coming off the back of its second‑best season to‑date in Formula 1. /p pWe’re a racing team – not a corporate machine. We have three HQs – Kannapolis in the US, Banbury in the UK and Maranello in Italy – each powered by passionate, loyal and hardworking team ambassadors. At TGR Haas F1 Team – known within the paddock as the ‘family team’ – you’ll be involved in many different areas of the team, have much wider visibility across the business, and will be able to clearly see your contribution to our team. /p pYes, you’ll learn from us, but we expect to learn from you too! /p h3General Summary /h3 pThis position reports to the Head of Aero Operations or their designee; is located in Maranello, Italy. Responsible for the planning, coordination, and oversight of production activities outsourced to suppliers, ensuring full adherence to timelines driven by wind‑tunnel sessions and aerodynamic development objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liPromote teamwork and effective communications to develop working relationships between all personnel and departments. /li liEnsure suppliers’ compliance with the production plan, continuously monitoring activity progress and intervening in case of deviations. /li liCollaborate in a structured and ongoing manner with Purchasing, Quality, Logistics, Design, and Model Shop to optimise operational flows and reduce issues, bottlenecks, and non‑conformities. /li liSupport the continuous improvement process by contributing to process standardisation and cycle‑time reduction. /li liProduce reports to communicate and evaluate results and to share information related to the relevant area of responsibility with other groups. /li liManage purchase order entry and cost control activities, ensuring alignment with the budget. /li liAnalyse wind tunnel feedback and activate the necessary actions to ensure achievement of the repeatability and quality targets defined with the line manager. /li liCreate and maintain accurate documentation related to the production of components forming the wind tunnel model. /li liFollow all safety regulations in all venues. /li liOther duties as assigned by the Head of Aero Operations or their designee. /li /ul h3Education and Work Experience /h3 ul liA degree in Engineering with specialisation in Aerodynamics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent qualification is required. /li liA minimum of 3 years’ industrial experience, gained in series production and/or in the development of complex, highly technical projects. /li liProven ability to achieve project objectives and independently manage complex activities involving multiple stakeholders. /li /ul h3Specialized Knowledge and Skills /h3 ul liStrong communication skills, written and verbal. /li liHave an excellent understanding of English language. /li liStrong experience in the management and planning of production processes. /li liExperience using CAD software. /li liAnalytical, problem‑solving, and technical‑operational coordination skills in dynamic environments. /li liStrong aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration and alignment with company priorities. /li liExcellent understanding of all production phases of a project, including planning, industrialisation, execution, progress tracking, and management of operational issues. /li liWork to a consistently high standard in stressful and time sensitive situations. /li liQuick decision‑making skills whilst working through problems in a scientific and analytical way. /liliWork well within a team environment with personnel at all levels. /li liA sympathetic approach to work colleagues and an ability to integrate within a group environment. /li liA can‑do positive approach and a willingness to help others is essential. /li /ul h3Equipment and Applications /h3 ul liSolid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and engineering software packages. /li liKnowledge and experience using CAD systems. /li liIn‑depth knowledge of supplier management and conventional manufacturing technologies. /li liExperience in purchasing is considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Work Environment Physical Demands /h3 pAn ability to work and prioritize within a high pressure, time sensitive environment while retaining a methodical approach is essential. The role may require occasional domestic international travel and a willingness to work long and flexible hours including weekends. /p pThis position may require lifting to 50 pounds, repeated bending, squatting and manual dexterity. Fast‑paced work environment requiring heavy mental demands. Work environment includes machinery, race cars, 7‑post and other rigs, grinding debris, and hazardous fluids.
