Position Summary Job Purpose Ensure the correct order processing and customer care, with a specific focus on a group of customer/agents identified. Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise order process, for orders coming from our Sales Managers, agents and customers. - Receive and process incoming orders for all products. Duties include daily communications with customers (e.g. informing them of receipt, prices, shipping dates, and delays). - Verify customer and order information for correctness, verify inventory status and back order situation. - Manage and update grids maintenance uploading prices in the system. - Collaborate with Logistics Dept in order to prepare and deliver orders to designated locations. - Collaborate with Sales Admin for sales deductions, prices management and order approval. - Monitor weekly stock status with sales agents, managing goods allocation. - Provide commercial back office support to Sales Accounts and Agents. - Maintain and update sales reports (weekly sales, critical models, backorder, promotions, sales order master file, order status) and Systems for Prices. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications/Requirements: - Educational Background: Bachelor or Master degree. - Professional Background: at least 2/4 years’ experience in commercial back-office roles or customer service in multinational companies preferably operating in the FMCG sector. - Computer Knowledge: Good Excel required and Sap proficient. - Language Knowledge: Good written and good spoken English. - Others: Proactivity, dynamism and familiarity with numbers. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects. Strong organization skills.
