With over 400 professionals across 15 direct locations in Europe, the US, and Asia, Cosmic operates through two distinct and complementary Divisions: the Equipment division and the Services division.Together, the units enable customers to select optimal solutions from a comprehensive portfolio, underpinned by deep technological expertise with international operational excellence, thereby contributing to improved quality, efficiency, and time-to-market in advanced electronics and high-reliability applications.We are hiring a :Software Developereven with no prior experience, to provide software support for our test house located in Altopascio.The candidate will collaborate with the software team on the improvement, debugging, and development of production software, including communication and control solutions for ATE systems and data analysis tools.Main Responsibilities:· Support and debugging of production software· Development of applications and software tools for test data analysis· Creation of scripts for automation, versioning, and management of test data and programs· Analysis of logs and datasets from test systemsTechnical Requirements:· High School Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent· Knowledge of at least one of C, C++, or C#· Python scripting skills· Basic knowledge of databases (SQL)Preferred Qualifications:· Experience, including academic experience, in data analysis or software projects· Familiarity with file management, data structures, and debugging· Basic knowledge of electronics or measurement instrumentationSoft Skills:· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Precision and attention to detail· Ability to work in a team· Proactivity and a desire to learn
