Xometry’s digital marketplace gives manufacturers the critical resources they need to grow their business while also making it easy for buyers at Fortune 1000 companies to tap into global manufacturing capacity. /p pThe Recruiter will be responsible for executing the day-to-day recruiting activities, managing the candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers to fill open roles in a timely and efficient manner. The Recruiter will also play a key role in promoting the company’s employer brand and ensuring a consistent recruitment process. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnd-to-End Recruitment /li liManage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates to hiring managers. /li liCoordinate the interview process, scheduling, and feedback collection to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and hiring managers. /li liSupport onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a positive start at the company. /li liSourcing and Talent Pool Development /li liUtilise a variety of sourcing methods (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, networking events) to identify and engage potential candidates. /li liBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. /li liPartner with the Senior Talent Acquisition and Brand Specialist to implement targeted sourcing strategies. /li liCandidate Relationship Management /li liServe as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely and professional communication. /li liFoster positive relationships with candidates to build a network of talent that aligns with the company’s culture and hiring needs. /li liGather and provide feedback to candidates, regardless of the hiring decision, to maintain a positive employer brand. /li liEmployer Branding Support /li liAssist in promoting the company’s employer brand by sharing content on social media, participating in career fairs, and attending networking events. /li liEnsure job postings are appealing, accurate, and reflect the company’s values and culture. /li liSupport recruitment marketing initiatives led by the Senior Talent Acquisition and Brand Specialist. /li liRecruitment Metrics and Continuous Improvement /li liTrack key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate satisfaction, to measure recruitment effectiveness. /li liSuggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of the recruitment function. /li liStay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. /li /ul h3Key Skills and Competencies /h3 ul liSourcing and Recruiting Skills /li liAbility to identify and attract talent through various sourcing techniques. /li liStrong interviewing skills to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit. /li liOrganisational Skills /li liExceptional organising abilities to manage multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously. /li liAttention to detail in maintaining accurate candidate records and tracking recruitment activities. /li liCommunication and Interpersonal Skills /li liExcellent communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers. /li liAbility to represent the company’s brand positively and professionally. /li liAdaptability and Proactivity /li liFlexibility to adjust recruitment strategies based on changing priorities and business needs. /li liInitiative to take ownership of recruitment activities and suggest improvements. /li liData-Driven Mindset /li liUnderstanding of recruitment metrics and how to use data to improve hiring outcomes. /li liExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience: 2+ years of experience in recruitment or a related field. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is preferred. /li liEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is desirable. /li liTechnical Skills: Familiarity with ATS and other sourcing tools.
