Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in the Italy region. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with our distribution partners and customers to achieve design-wins and increase account penetration. You will promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers, research and develop new customers and business segments, and effectively handle customer issues. Additionally, you will meet sales targets, collect and summarize market intelligence information, and provide feedback to the product team.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. A Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field is also required. You should have knowledge of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, as well as fluency in English and Italian.
