About the Role For our Lissone headquarters, we are seeking an Industrialisation and Validation Specialist.
Responsibilities
Developing and executing the necessary tests to verify that the product meets its specifications and quality standards, drafting the necessary test documentation.
Ensuring the reliability and compliance of products with any applicable regulations.
Verify & validate the product design for manufacturing & product design for testing, from prototype to mass production.
Verifying that the necessary design documentation accompanies the mass production phase.
Defining and drafting product testing procedures.
Designing and overseeing the creation of product testing equipment with the support of various company functions.
Serving as the technical reference for any production issues at external suppliers.
Qualifications Required Skills
Consolidated knowledge of electronic circuits and testing methods.
Consolidated knowledge of applicable safety & EMC norms.
Knowledge of PCBA manufacturing, test & calibration processes.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English.
Good knowledge of MS OFFICE.
Excellent problem-solving attitude.
Accuracy and results orientation.
