Main activities
1. Manage the pipeline of commercial initiatives;
2. Collaborate with the Sales Management in preparing the internal evaluation documentation;
3. Support management in defining the strategies to be adopted in commercial negotiations, ensuring adequate support and assistance to the customer;
4. Support the team in the standardization of contractual/commercial documentation;
5. Analyze new projects in the offering phase (documentary completeness, verification of the condition of the proposed operations, development of financial scenarios and summary statements, credit risk analysis of potential customers, etc.);
6. Operationally maintain relationships with advisors/consultants in Due Diligence processes;
7. Gather market information;
8. Collaborate in the drafting of the annual budget and in the drafting of the multi-year acquisition plan.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
9. Degree in Economics or Management Engineering ;
10. Experience in financial/economic analysis activities gained in long-term projects/orders in the energy, construction and infrastructure sectors;
11. Good level of English.
Preferential/Nice to have
12. Familiarity with structured finance tools;
13. Knowledge of business valuation models ;
14. Organizational and analytical skills.
